I am visiting this hospital for almost two years going for a yearly review. Doctor is good in terms of his speciality. Problem is with optometrist who tests power and gives glasses. The lady staff first time did the test. No compromise in the money. paid what all they asked for to make sure i get the best quality. But when I got the glasses I got two problems 1. The near by screen monitor and its characters were looking bit blurred. eventhough a bit blurred I cannot ready any code/programs. I complained and they said they will correct the lens. It took 2-3 days and then it was looking slightly better but still had the light blur. they said i need to get progressive lens but I dont know why they did not diagonize this earlier. they asked me to keep the monitor or my seating distance to read it. I dont know why i need to change those because of their misdiagnosis. 2. the specs they gave had a misaligned screw near the foldings i asked them to correct it and they gave a different specs i waited since they said its coming from north india. poor quality check from their end. and all these days i spent around Rs 600 for Ola/Uber which they dont care about.

For last free months my mother had vision problems and we consumed nearby eye care clinics. All they have suggested is the cataract. We have been thinking where to do this cataract. Based on my relative feedback we heard this hospital has the surgery facility, also it is nearby my home and the surgeryrecovery is fast. Based on their feedback we visited this hospital last week.
Doctor diagnosed the problem calmly and explained the situation. He also suggested cataract surgery as it has grown where surgery is the only option.
We returned home and had discussion and finalized to undergo surgery in this hospital.
We went back to the hospital and requested what kind of test we need to take, so that we can plan the date for surgery.
Doctor prescribed certain test and we did home collection from nearby lab. We also took the eye scan from this hospital, post all the results we consumed doctor for the surgery date, type of lens and surgery cost.
Doctor clearly explained the packages and requested us to choose. Based on our convenience we chosen the lens, package and the date.
Add planned we arrived the hospital on time, the checked from their end and performed surgery. The procedure took not more than 20 mins and this hospital has ambulatory ward. Post surgery my mom arrived to ambulatory ward and stayed for an hour and they checked her eye post surgery and discharged her.
We were asked to come for rewrite the next day. We meet the doctor and doctor c checked her eye and performed eye test. Now she is able to see and read.

We had visited couple of weeks back and only had a small follow up dilution test pending and since my kid had exams couldn’t do on the grace time they had given.
We explained so much and requested them to waive off if possible on the follow up visit after the grace time they stated as there was no major test apart from just dilution test and they really didn’t bother to just be little considerate and made it look so bad
The entire experience was very shattering and worst. My kid was crying and none from the hospital bother to come forward and atleast make the kid little to be controlled and rather asked us to go out. Had one staff come forward to atleast console the child would have been little better
We have been going to their clinic past 4 yrs and really didn’t expect for this smallest thing they couldn’t be so considerate and look it so ugly

Today I called to book an appointment for an eye check-up, but the receptionist spoke very rudely. Her tone was irritating and unprofessional. Instead of helping, she said they would give me an appointment, but I wouldn’t be able to see the doctor at that time and would have to wait a long time. This kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially when someone is calling for a medical consultation. I hope the clinic improves their front desk service.

I had gone for Cataract Surgery at Dr Ashok Eye hospital. I found Dr Ashok to be courteous , patient and effective . His team is also very good especially Ashwati , Sumeera and Mahalakshmi . Overall it was a very good experience.

Bad experience. The employees speak harshly. The front desk staff was irresponsible. they not answering properly (I came for my mother eye check up name Jegan matha ) the lady doctor it's good and explained clearly.

We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Ashok sir. We were initially forced into considering cataract surgery by a reputed eye hospital, Dr. Agarwal's Eye Clinic. However, we decided for secondary opinion & got to know about Dr. Ashok sir took the time to thoroughly review my mother's condition over 2 hours and then explained everything clearly in just 10 minutes. He concluded that cataract surgery was not necessary and instead recommended a simple increase in spectacle power.
